1. Overview & Commitment
At HyperReaction, we respect your privacy. Transit Jam: Bus Color Sort is designed as an offline-first puzzle game.
We do not require user accounts, email sign-ups, or personal identity verification to play the game.
Key Highlights:
- No personal data (such as names, passwords, or contacts) is collected or stored on our servers.
- All game levels, terminal unlock progression, and coin balances are saved locally on your device.
- We utilize industry-standard Google SDKs (Google AdMob, Firebase Crashlytics & Analytics) solely to deliver advertisements and analyze crash diagnostics.
2. Data Handled by Third-Party SDKs
To support ongoing game development and ensure app stability, Transit Jam integrates standard Google services:
-
Google AdMob: Serves non-intrusive banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads. AdMob may process device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) and general device characteristics to personalize or deliver ads in compliance with Google Play Policies.
-
Firebase Crashlytics: Collects anonymous crash stack traces, device model, and OS version to help us quickly locate and patch technical bugs.
-
Google Analytics for Firebase: Measures non-personally identifiable app metrics (level completion rates, game session lengths) to balance puzzle difficulty.
3. Data Safety & Storage
All puzzle progress, settings (audio chimes, haptics), and currency are kept strictly on your local device storage using encrypted preferences.
Uninstalling the application or clearing device app cache will reset your local puzzle progress.
4. Children’s Privacy
Transit Jam does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate steps.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
We fully respect your data rights under international privacy standards (including GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play Data Safety policies):
- Local Data Deletion: All game save files, currency balances, and level progress reside strictly on your local device. You can permanently delete all local app data at any time through Android Settings (
Settings → Apps → Transit Jam → Storage → Clear Storage / Clear Data) or by uninstalling the application.
- Advertising ID Controls: You can reset or delete your Google Advertising ID at any time via your device settings (
Settings → Google → Ads → Reset/Delete Advertising ID).
- Direct Inquiries: For any privacy-related questions or data requests, you can email us at support@hyperreaction.com or reach out through the official Google Play Store developer listing.
